Days 2-7 - Application review and shortlisting

Written Assessment & Aptitude Test

Days 8-10 - 90-120 minutes assessment

Shortlisted candidates participate in a comprehensive written assessment designed to evaluate subject knowledge, pedagogical understanding, and problem-solving abilities.

Assessment Components:

Subject Knowledge Test: Content expertise in your teaching subject (40 marks)
Pedagogical Skills: Teaching methodologies and classroom strategies (30 marks)
General Awareness: Current affairs and educational policies (15 marks)
Reasoning & Aptitude: Logical and analytical thinking (15 marks)
Essay Writing: Communication and expression skills (bonus)

Tip: Focus on CBSE/ICSE curriculum, modern teaching techniques, and NEP 2020 guidelines.

Personal Interview

Days 12-15 - 30-45 minutes interview

Candidates who successfully clear the written test are invited for a personal interview with our selection panel comprising the Principal, Vice Principal, and Department Heads.

Interview Focus Areas:

Teaching philosophy and approach to student learning
Classroom management strategies and discipline techniques
Experience with technology integration in teaching
Handling diverse learning needs and inclusive education
Parent communication and stakeholder engagement
Professional development goals and career aspirations
Scenario-based questions on real classroom situations

Dress Code: Professional formal attire required. Punctuality is highly valued.

Demo Class / Practical Assessment

Days 16-18 - 30-40 minutes teaching demonstration

Teaching candidates must conduct a live demonstration class with real students or peers. This is the most critical stage where we assess your actual teaching effectiveness and classroom presence.

You Will Be Evaluated On:

Lesson planning and preparation quality
Content delivery and explanation clarity
Student engagement techniques and activities
Use of teaching aids, technology, and resources
Classroom management and student interaction
Voice modulation, body language, and confidence
Question-answer session and concept checking
Time management and lesson conclusion

Preparation: Topic will be shared 24 hours in advance. You may bring your teaching aids and lesson plan.

Background Verification

Days 19-25 - Verification process

Final stage candidates undergo comprehensive background verification to ensure all credentials are authentic and meet our standards for child safety and professional integrity.

Verification Checklist:

Educational qualification verification from issuing institutions
Employment history confirmation with previous employers
Professional reference checks (minimum 2 references)
Address verification and identity proof validation
Police verification clearance (mandatory)
Medical fitness certificate from approved hospitals
No objection certificate (if currently employed)

Offer Letter & Joining

Days 26-30 - Offer and onboarding

Congratulations! Selected candidates receive an official appointment letter with detailed terms and conditions. Upon acceptance, you'll join our comprehensive orientation and induction program.
